Our custom crate motors has obtained the certifications of ISO9001-2000, GS/TUV, CE, VL, EPA, QHS, SON, CAP and SRS and we have won EPA 2005 Motor Year Certification. Our 30 QC staff carefully performs inspections at every stage of production, from the time we receive raw materials to packaging. Noise, power, and stability are tested to ensure that our engines can endure 580 hours of constant use. We also can design and deliver OEM/ODM samples in one month.

Built for the Dodge Viper. A sister product to our 57 Series FIPK, our 63 Series Intake Kits or AirCharger Intakes are built for many different vehicles and represent a dramatic improvement over a K+N O/E replacement filter alone. They enjoy a faster speed to market than our 57 Series kits due to their pending CARB status. These intakes use only non-metallic rotationally molded tubes that can reduce intake air temperature and decrease intake sound over a metal tube. Restriction can exist BETWEEN an air filter and the engine reducing the benefit of a K+N Air Filter. The weakest link in the airflow "chain" robs a vehicle of its natural horsepower. Often that weak point is the factory air path leading to the Engine. K+N Air Intake Kits virtually eliminate air path restriction by replacing the air filter and the entire air path to the engine.

The aluminum angle plug cylinder heads have screw in rocker studs, 1.94" intake and 1.50" exhaust valves and 58cc combustion chambers that yield a crisp and responsive 10 to 1 compression ratio. Also included are our lightweight valve spring retainers that weigh half as much as our previous design. The valve seats are radiused and we’ve included valve stem seals to help keep the oil where it belongs.
To compliment the cylinder head design, we’ve incorporated a steel roller tappet camshaft with .474" intake and .510" exhaust valve lift. The combination makes 355 horsepower at 5250 rpm and has that great sounding muscle car idle, with just enough lope to let people know that this is no station wagon engine. Also included with the ZZ4 is an HEI distributor with an ignition timing advance curve developed for performance, a dual plane aluminum intake manifold that accepts your spread bore or square bore carburetor, an 8" high-RPM torsional damper, 12.75" auto trans flex plate and cast iron water pump.
