cummins engine
Founded in 1995, China Dongda Power Industry Co., Ltd. is one of the few cummins engine manufacturer and distributor in China that has patents on the generator, motor, power supply, engine, alternator, diesel and gearmotor design, supply and sale. Our custom cummins engines has obtained the certifications of ISO9001-2000, GS/TUV, CE, VL, EPA, QHS, SON, CAP and SRS and we have won EPA 2005 Motor Year Certification. Our 30 QC staff carefully performs inspections at every stage of production, from the time we receive raw materials to packaging. Noise, power, and stability are tested to ensure that our engines can endure 580 hours of constant use. We also can design and deliver OEM/ODM samples in one month.

cummins engine
High Output engine produces 24 percent more peak power and 9.9 percent more torque than in 2002.
High Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) fuel system and pilot injection provides quieter operation throughout the operating spectrum. The HPCR fuel system, less dependent on engine speed, along with Cummins' electronic controls provides extended rpm peak torque band (200 rpm lower and higher) for more responsive performance. Quicker acceleration. Cummins engine certified by EPA as "medium-heavy duty" based on its expected life, versus "light-heavy duty" designations for competitive engines.
24 valves, I-6 design. Increased trailer towing capacity. In-line six design results in up to 40 percent fewer parts than competitive V-8 diesels. Longer oil change interval: 15,000 miles versus 7500.
Better cold starting capability: Reduced wait-to-start times.
cummins engines
Modern Cummins engines power both the MF 9690 and MF 9790. A QSC Cummins engine provides 285 hp (212 kW) to the MF 9690 at 2200 rpm. A power bulge of 305 hp (227 kW) is available at 2000 rpm. The MF 9790 features a new QSL-9 Cummins powerplant, capable of 330 hp (246 kW) at a rated engine speed of 2100 rpm and a power bulge of 350 hp (261 kW) at 1900 rpm. Both engines are electronically controlled and feature improved throttle response, cleaner combustion, and improved fuel economy.
Advantages of upgrade: ball bearing cartridge for unbeatable response, efficiency and durability
water-cooled center section for increased durability. modern GT-series high-flow compressor and turbine wheel. For a given performance level, this upgrade will provide: Reductions in exhaust backpressure. Reductions in exhaust gas temperatures, approx. 20%. Reduction in intake temperature
Best boost response of the three stages, but the least headroom.
