Founded in 1995, China Dongda Power Industry Co., Ltd. is one of the few engine, engine parts manufacturer and distributor in China that has patents on the generator, motor, power supply, engine, alternator, diesel and gearmotor design, supply and sale. Our custom engines, engine parts has obtained the certifications of ISO9001-2000, GS/TUV, CE, VL, EPA, QHS, SON, CAP and SRS and we have won EPA 2005 Motor Year Certification. Our 30 QC staff carefully performs inspections at every stage of production, from the time we receive raw materials to packaging. Noise, power, and stability are tested to ensure that our engines can endure 580 hours of constant use. We also can design and deliver OEM/ODM samples in one month.

The heart of the UD TRUCK is the Nissan Diesel MD-175 engine. The FD is a direct injection turbocharged and intercooled Diesel engine, refined to meet the performance and environmental demands of work in the American city. It excels in pulling power, highway performance and engine life. Horsepower and torque characteristics were developed to match the GVWR and operating environment of each model. The UD1400 and 1800CS engines are the standard, rated at 175 horsepower with automatic transmission. The MD175 Engine is used in the UD1800CS. It is an inline 4 cylinder Diesel Engine with a high pressure common rail injection system, intercooling, variable nozzle turbocharger and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) technology.Harnessing the power of the MD175 engine are transmissions specifically designed to optimize the payload requirements and engine characteristics of each UD TRUCK. Overdrive translates to improved fuel economy. All transmissions maximize chassis performance with smooth acceleration, excellent fuel economy and ease of operation.

Liquid-cooled, 1130cc, 115 horsepower. The Revolution engine's basic configuration is a 60° V-Twin with dual overhead cams and four-valve heads. It's a high-revving design, with a 9000 rpm redline. Two velocity stacks housed in a massive air box allows it to breathe aggressively. Electronic fuel injection system, modified for high performance, and a new high-energy plug-top ignition coils.Side mounted radiators provide a forward engine position allowing a suitable wheelbase and ideal weight distribution.
The V-roehr is also equipped with the finest chassis components available. Ohlins suspension, Brembo brakes, Marchesini wheels and beautiful bodywork in aerospace quality carbon- fiber.
