Founded in 1995, China Dongda Power Industry Co., Ltd. is one of the few hydrogen cylinder manufacturer and distributor in China that has patents on the generator, motor, power supply, engine, alternator, diesel and gearmotor design, supply and sale. Our custom hydrogen cylinders has obtained the certifications of ISO9001-2000, GS/TUV, CE, VL, EPA, QHS, SON, CAP and SRS and we have won EPA 2005 Motor Year Certification. Our 30 QC staff carefully performs inspections at every stage of production, from the time we receive raw materials to packaging. Noise, power, and stability are tested to ensure that our engines can endure 580 hours of constant use. We also can design and deliver OEM/ODM samples in one month.

The decision to include a reasonably large hydrogen storage facility, design capacity of 200kg, in the HMGS was made in order to ensure that the fuel cell proposed will be capable of supplying the EETC with up to 72 hours autonomy based on a demand of 30kW or under. In addition, the size of the storage facility, the weight and mass of the stored hydrogen, enables the inclusion of the combined compressor and dispenser unit giving the HMGS the potential to refuel hydrogen vehicles. Although, the installed capacity will not be sufficient to refuel hundred's of vehicles it is sufficient to act as a technology demonstrator. The HMGS includes 8 High Pressure Storage packs giving it a total storage capacity of 200kg of hydrogen. Each High Pressure Storage pack has the following dimensions. The SL2000 metal hydride cylinder holds appoximately 20 standard liters of hydrogen in a cylinder 4" x 1.25". It comes with the refueling adaptor for standard US pressure regulators. Great for small, light weight applications such as fuel cell powered remote control cars.

Specially designed for 350 bar hydrogen, the TeleflexGFI hydrogen valve provides enhanced storage system safety. An integrated temperature and pressure activated relief device ensures total system safety by ensuring tank protection. Available in both 12 VDC and 24 VDC models. A high pressure sensor is available with connectors to fit most standard applications. Patented crashworthiness design.
