Founded in 1995, China Dongda Power Industry Co., Ltd. is one of the few jdm motor manufacturer and distributor in China that has patents on the generator, motor, power supply, engine, alternator, diesel and gearmotor design, supply and sale. Our custom jdm motors has obtained the certifications of ISO9001-2000, GS/TUV, CE, VL, EPA, QHS, SON, CAP and SRS and we have won EPA 2005 Motor Year Certification. Our 30 QC staff carefully performs inspections at every stage of production, from the time we receive raw materials to packaging. Well we have all been waiting for some pictures of the new Subaru JDM-spec Impreza WRX STI, and the wait has been worth it just look at these photos and you will see what I mean. However all though we have these images to enjoy there is not much more information coming out at the moment.What we do know is that the new Subaru JDM-spec Impreza WRX STI will be powered by a 16v 2.0L boxer engine with a twin-scroll turbo; this is then mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. It is thought that the engine will produce about 304HP, but that is not official.Subaru currently offer a two tier turbo model structure with the Impreza WRX and higher spec’ed Impreza WRX STI. Little is known about drive train, interior and styling, but all are expected to be reduced versions of what will be offered in the new EVO X, though we expect styling may be considerably different in terms of bodywork in order to preserve the new rally look of the EVO.

The front end on this EK was torn down from the fenders forward, as the owner swapped on a newer 99-00 front end. While changing out the headlights, a pair of Civic Type-R copies was bolted on. An OEM Civic Si front lip along with a front grille came along with the swap. Since the hood was being swapped anyways, the owner decided to bolt on a lightweight carbon fiber hood to contrast the full red of the body. Civic Type-R side mirrors, JDM thing side moldings and a Spoon Style rear spoiler just go hand in hand with the rest of the conversion, giving the EK chassis the clean look we all love to see. On all four corners are Mugen RnR replica wheels with a Si disc brake conversion behind each one. as well as signature MUGEN styling cues, a 10mm lower ride height, lightweight black rims, dual exhaust and free flow induction, Potenza RE070RR tyres, adjustable sports dampers, and a close ratio, 6 speed gear box. Phew!
