A área de aplicao para os motores de 2 polos e onde e requerida alta velocidade de rotao. A velocidade nominal de 2.400 r/min é quase o dobro comparada com os motores de 4 pólos standard. Disponível em tamanhos de montagem de 80 mm e de 90 mm, a potência de saída é de 40, 60, 90 e 150 W. Tal como para os motores standard, também para os motores de 2 pólos existem verses monofásicas e trifásicas com fontes de alimentao 220/230 VAC e monofásicos da 110/115 VAC.

Requires a 14 MFD300 VAC capacitor for operation which is not supplied. The duty cycle is rated by themanufacturer as 2% or 0.2 sec. on, 10 sec. off. This is at 22rpm which reflects a heavy loadapplied to the motor. If the motor is operated for short periods it will produce very high outputtorque.
